I come from the intersection of digital communication and human-centered design. I started telling stories for projects and discovered that the best stories are the ones designed layer by layer: research, architecture, interface, testing.
Today I work on digital products where empathy and data both have a seat at the table. I combine user research, UI design and front-end skills to ship things that are not only functional and accessible, but also beautiful and well-considered.
What makes my perspective different: I've spent months managing support for a live e-commerce platform seeing in real time where users drop off and why. That operational insight feeds directly into how I research, prioritise and communicate design decisions.

Collaborated with senior designers and a UX researcher on accessibility-focused redesign projects. Contributed to WCAG 2.1 AA compliance audits, participated in usability testing sessions with real users, and maintained the team's design system in Figma.
Worked within the marketing team creating social media content, developing SEO strategies and producing content for multiple digital channels. Contributed user feedback and UX observations to improve the brand's digital communication.
